In spring of 2018 I was a freshman football player at Colorado mesa university. Unfortunately, I Tore my ACL MCL and meniscus in a spring football practice. I met Will after my knee injury, and we started my rehab process. Will helped me trough coming back from surgery and helped me get to a point to where I was stronger and in better shape then I was before the injury. With help from Wills programming and knowledge of the human body I squatted 500 pounds and cleaned 365 pounds both with in less than a year after full ACL reconstruction surgery. I ended up being able to continue my football career at Colorado mesa university for a year and recently switched to the sport of Olympic weightlifting where I have a chance to become a national medalist this summer. None of this would have been possible with out the help from Coach will!

Will has been my coach and PT for many years now. From building up my personal peak performance to putting my body back together after beating myself up he does it all. Not only is he very personable, but he is very passionate about what he does, which makes working with him that much easier. He will go above and beyond to help, whether it is for bettering yourself or helping you recover after an injury he’ll always give you 110% of his knowledge to get the job done. I will never use anyone else for my fitness or PT needs, he will always be my go-to-guy.

I started working with Will around one year after struggling to return to sport following a rare nerve disorder and shoulder surgery. The first time that I talked to Will I knew he was someone who could help get back to where I wanted to be. Everything we worked on and accomplished was always built up from a solid foundation that Will made sure we established first. Every corrective exercise or movement pattern had a purpose and was aimed at achieving a greater function. I was able to achieve more than I could’ve imagined in the gym. Most importantly I was able to regain my confidence and return to training like an athlete pain free. Will is a clearly dedicated and driven coach that pushed me to be the best version of myself. He’s a great guy to be around and I can’t thank him enough for all of his help!
