Workout Plans for Men & Women Athletes

We deliver a completely customized fitness experience right to your smartphone. Utilizing a streamlined software, you are able to walk right into the gym and know exactly what to do–start to finish.

Our workout plans include a tailored warm up, workout, cooldown, or whatever you need based on your specific goals. You can expect multiple avenues of communication weekly to answer questions and support your progress.

We also do a monthly zoom meeting to review goals and help us build a relationship with you as your personal trainer.

  • You have goals, and you need a personal trainer with the right expertise to help you achieve them.  Last year, I wrote over 16,000 custom workouts and therapeutic exercise plans. When you have the support of someone who’s been there before, you can achieve your goals faster. With our online personal training program, you don’t just get an online workout plan. You get support, accountability, communication, and a relationship with a personal trainer that will help you reduce injuries, perform better, and have more fun.

  • As often as your goals dictate!! We have plans for as little as two days per week, as well plans for up to 10 sessions per week for competitive athletes.   You are delivered exactly what you need when you need it.

  • Absolutely! Will is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a board certification in orthopedics. When you combine a physical therapy background with intelligently designed personalized training we can help you stay injury free and doing what you love.

  • Whatever you will use! I have clients who are new to fitness or are injured who can only workout at home with bands and limited equipment. I also have clients with fully stocked home gyms with all the bells and whistles. If you want to get going, I can help you figure it out.

  • Communication!! Our software gives you a daily email to remind you that you have work to do! I can also see all missed and completed workouts, which gives me a great way to communicate and check in on all my clients no matter where they are.

  • The biggest difference is logistics. If you have a crazy schedule and your workout time varies, a traditional trainer can be very challenging. With an online trainer, you’ll have your plan in your pocket and can hit the gym whenever it works for you. You will be independent for your workouts, so it does require some more communication on your end.
