Football Players
Football is an amazing game!! However, we know that with collision sports there are inevitable bumps and bruises along the way. Strength training that helps with power production, top end speed, and change of direction not only helps you gain an edge on the field. It will help you be as resilient as possible.
CrossFitters
Crossfitters do a great job of hitting compound lifts and pushing hard. We can help you find any holes in your game regarding smaller muscle groups and more importantly to holistically understand the appropriate program for you. We can help you dial in volume, frequency, and intensity to keep you in the game.
Bikers
Biking relies on a consistent position and repetitive motion. It’s important to have a plan to maintain range of motion in the hip and spine. Strength training can also greatly aid power output and performance on the bike!
Runners
Runners have one of the highest rates of injury of any recreational sport in the world. We have designed hundreds of cross training programs to aid in injury reduction and strength increases which help running performance.

Personal training is a great modality, but we want to apply a very specific type of training that is aimed at helping you transform your time in the gym into physical capacities that will help you perform better on the field. This usually is focusing on strength, speed, and explosive power development.

Having a clinical doctorate in physical therapy lets me blend and individualize your sports performance and injury maintenance plans into a seamless and on-point delivery.

Yes! I have worked with a wide range of youth athletes from middle school through high school. We will deliver a developmentally appropriate plan based on your age and maturity.

As often as your goals dictate! We have plans as little as two days per week up to some of my competitive athletes who workout up to 10 sessions per week. You are delivered exactly what you need when you need.

Yes, we can provide supplemental workouts for you if that’s what you would like! It all depends on your schedule, goals, and availability.

We can provide workouts from zero equipment all the way to a fully outfitted gym. No specific singular set of equipment is required.

Communication!! Our software gives you a daily email to remind you that you have work to do! I can also see all missed and completed workouts, which gives me a great way to communicate and check in on all my clients no matter where they are.

With our online personal training program we assume you will do the workouts on your own without our in-person guidance. We will deliver the workout plan to you via our app. With the sports performance, we will meet in person, this is usually more appropriate for our younger athletes.
